As a member of the Society of Canadian Artists (SCA), Ontario Society of Artists (OSA), the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA), and many more, Bob Tunnoch’s paintings can be found in private and corporate collections across North America. Bob, or ‘Omar’ as his friends like to call him, was a featured artist in the 2013 publication of ‘International Contemporary Artists’. The natural world has been the inspiration for his art. He likes to portray the ignored and over-looked life forms that live around us, and engage the viewer in a visual conversation by putting his subjects in humorous, unusual and thought provoking situations. His use of vibrant colors, attention to detail and thought-provoking subject matter consistently leaves the viewer questioning his motives.
Please join us for the opening reception on Saturday, November 5 from 1-3 pm.
