Event Details:

The Committee of Adjustment typically meets on the last Monday of each month to consider applications for minor variances from the Township's Zoning By-law and are open to the public.

Due to the physical distancing requirements imposed as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Committee of Adjustment Meetings continue to be heard electronically by way of virtual meetings. Information on accessing each meeting is made available on the applicable Notice of Minor Variance for each application being heard on a given meeting date.
