The Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills is preparing its 2025 Municipal Budget.
Council commenced its overview of the Draft Budget at the November 21, 2024, Special Meeting.
Council will continue to consider the budget at several upcoming special meetings to take place in Council Chambers (7 Milne St) at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise specified.
Tuesday, January 14, 2025: Operating and Capital Budget review for the Fire Department; Public Works Department; Water and Wastewater; and Administration.
Thursday, January 16, 2025: Operating and Capital Budget review for the Community Services Department; Planning Department and Building Department.
Tuesday, February 4, 2025, Adopt and Finalize the 2025 Budget.
The Adoption of the Water and Wastewater rates will be considered at the January 14, 2025, meeting.
Please note that dates are subject to change and are dependent on deliberation and direction.
Supported material including the Budget Book will be provided on the agenda(s) located on the CivicWeb portal. Members of the Public are invited to observe Council proceedings by attending in-person or via the live-stream link.
